Aes Ambelis winery is located on the slopes of Kalo Chorio in the mountainous area of Nicosia. Surrounded by own vineyards, the estate diligently tends to its grapes at an altitude of 500 meters, utilizing environmentally friendly practices. The winery also sources grapes from local producers for a diverse selection. Winemakers Ion Pirlea and Kyriakos Papandreou create wines of unique character and premium quality with the vision to highlight the uniqueness of Cypriot varieties. Giorgos Trypatsas is the winery’s founder and owner, a tireless supporter of the Cyprus winemaking heritage.
